Welcome! I am TEDx speaker and international trainer Bonnie Low-Kramen and for 25 years I worked as the personal assistant to actress Olympia Dukakis. I wrote the books "Staff Matters" and "Be the Ultimate Assistant." My YouTube videos are about telling you what I'm seeing while I'm traveling and teaching all around the world. I want to talk about the real life problems that are facing us in our offices; every day issues that can make going to work a dream or a nightmare. I advocate speaking up about workplace issues and solutions because when we do that we can transform the workplace for the better.
