Thosh Collins is a family man, actor, author, and health educator. He’s Onk Akimel O’Odham, Wahzhazhe, and Seneca from the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Community. Thosh, and his wife Chelsey Luger, co-authored ‘The Seven Circles - Indigenous Teachings for Living Well', their transformative Indigenous wellness model. Thosh has dedicated his life to shifting the collective consciousness of Indigenous communities, emphasizing the importance of holistic health.

Thosh's forthcoming book 'Keep Your Fire Strong' is set to release in early 2027.

A fire exists within each of us. Movement is a powerful way to build it. I explore the spiritual interconnection b/w lifeways of movement, foodways, contemplative practices, consciousness, space, connection to land, fatherhood, and community. In 2025, being an Indigenous masculine carries deep significance. I explor ways to keep the fire strong to succeed in the vision we have for ourselves and our families
