Guerrilla Pictures - Curating Alternative Shorts | Guerrilla Pictures
Guerrilla Pictures is a streaming channel for alternative content, curated by Alan Ward. Activist, dissenting, experimental and inspirational short and medium-length films re the heart of the channel, highlighting social, environmental, political and other key issues.
In general such films find it hard to find good screening opportunities on other platforms (traditional cinema distribution, mainstreem streamers, TV), and consequently do not get the viewership they deserve, and are relegated to the "minority niche content" category.
We, on the contrary, believe that such content is central, not peripheral, to what audio-visual platforms should be showing, and are using the enormous potential of the internet to try to achieve this.
