Dear Viewers,
Thank you for visiting my channel. My name is Dr. Jay Amrish Desai. I did my B. Tech. and M.Tech. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from VNIT Nagpur and IIT Kharagpur respectively. Then, I completed my Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from UT El Paso (USA). Currently, I am an Adhoc Assistant Professor in VNIT Nagpur and am open to positions and collaborations from around the world.
I have created this YouTube channel where technical and informational videos are uploaded alternatively (at least one video per week). The idea is to explain different concepts and methods associated with Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in the simplest language and make learning easy!
