Ditka is a singer-songwriter, composer, and guitarist from Slovenia. She is best known in the Slovenian music scene for setting the poetry of Slovenian poet Feri Lainšček to music. The song "Ne bodi kot drugi" ("Do Not Be Like The Others"), composed by Ditka's father, Gorazd Čepin, has become one of the biggest musical hits in Slovenia.
In addition to Lainšček's poetry, Ditka has also set to music the works of renowned poets such as Tone Pavček, Ciril Zlobec, and Srečko Kosovel. She has released five studio albums, numerous singles and performed solo concerts at various venues where high-quality music and beautiful words are at the forefront.
Ditka continuously writes original songs in English. These have been recognized and awarded at prestigious songwriting competitions abroad (UK Singer-Songwriter Festival, Unsigned Only USA, etc.). In 2019, Ditka also won the biggest singer-songwriter festival in Bulgaria, the Sofia Singer-Songwriter Festival.
