Pass The Gavel Debate

We are members of the Varsity High School Debate Team at the Hackley School in Tarrytown, N.Y. Any success we have in debate is due, in large part, to the education and training we received while we were Hackley Middle School students. Our coaches, Mr. Maisonet and Mr. Fitzpatrick gave us the foundation to become successful debaters. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, Middle School debate is essentially cancelled. We originally created this Youtube channel to provide instructional debate videos for Hackley Middle School students. We quickly realized that these videos could be helpful, not only to Hackley students, but to students nationwide and even worldwide. We have posted these videos in the hopes that they will help the next generation of debaters.
