RECOVER is a 501c3 non profit charity based in the USA. Our mission is to clean the earth's oceans of plastic debris, and reform this plastic into ersatz (artificial) reefs. By implementing these reefs, we can not only clean the earth's oceans but also use the reefs to prevent land tidal erosion as well as creating new eco systems for sports fishing and marine life.
