Rhys Concessao is passionate about playing the piano since the age of five.
Rhys has participated in several international competitions, music festivals, piano recitals and international music courses in the UK, USA, Germany, France, Cyprus, Italy, Lithuania, India, Russia and Singapore. He has won several trophies and gold medals since the age of five.
Rhys is the Music Ambassador of the Lang Lang International Music Foundation. He has had several performance opportunities both in the UK and abroad. He has given numerous solo recitals in UK, Carnegie Hall in New York, Teatr Polski in Poland to name a few. He has performed with Chamber Music groups at the Purcell School, Royal Academy of Music and Pro Corda Chamber Music Festivals. He has performed as a soloist in orchestras such as the Sinfonia Orchestra, Reading Symphony Orchestra, Ealing Symphony Orchestra in the UK and the Munich Orchestra in Germany.
Rhys currently studies at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory.
