Throws University is entirely devoted to educating the world of throwing on technique, strength training, competition preparation and all other aspects of preparation for shot put and discus.
For over ten years, Throws University has developed throwers from young middle school athletes all the way to athletes who have qualified for the Olympics and World Championships. By taking years of research and understanding, we plan on using this information to help YOU conquer your throwing goals while continuously learning the in's and out's of the sport of throwing.
