Wellness with Serwiusz

This channel is all about practical tips, tools and techniques for improving our wellness (physical, emotional, spiritual, financial). I share with you my experiences and discoveries as well as practical methods which helped some people and might be also beneficial for you. Most of the methods I present are not so well known, for variety of reasons. Some are intentionally ridiculed, ignored or suppressed. My belief is that we have free will and if we are given full information what is available, we can make the best choices with regards to methods we want to use to help us improve our lives.
