This channel exists to get you to the highest level of English possible! I'm Rupert Walsh, formerly Head of English Language Programmes for the University of Portsmouth in the UK. In my videos I take 25 years of experience in teaching the most advanced English learners, and make this teaching available to you. I have taught students from beginner to PhD level and from ages 6 to 80, so I understand where you are on your journey and what you need to know!
I have designed this channel to be particularly useful if you are a C1 or C2 English level learner (IELTS 7, 8 or 9) and wish to improve further.
