Hey There! Here is a little information about us....
Ocean Vayu Yoga started as a brick and mortar Yoga Studio in Ocean View Delaware in 2016 by us Kim and Justin Cavagnaro. Both of us had love at first bend with Ashtanga Yoga which we started practicing back in 2010. We had played around with other forms of Yoga leading up to it but nothing grabbed our attention as much as that type of Yoga. We are also trained in Therapeutic Hatha Yoga so you will see a nice blend of gentler classes mixed in with some traditional Ashtanga and some Vinyasa Flow. We feel there is a type of Yoga out there for everyone, it's just a matter of finding what resonates with you! So try a couple of different types of classes that we offer and see what works. If you enjoy practicing with us it would be awesome of you would consider giving our videos a thumbs up and also Subscribing so you will be the first to know when new videos are launched!
