I gather all the data I can (I welcome from victims & will not reveal if that is what they want) & allow the data to tell the story of the most likely failure
NO bias will change the outcome (even if I have to do a 180 degree turn with previous videos & statements); I will be honest with the data and respect it
I work with insurance companies, property owners, news organisations and fellow engineers
