Hiya, Cindy here. I am an anti-diet dietitian, and believer in "all-food-fits"!.
I received my master's degree in Nutrition Education from Columbia University in the city of NY. I earned my RDN credential in 2018 in the United States. As a dietitian, a food lover, and a nutrition educator, I believe when you practice becoming an intuitive eater, you can free yourself from a "food jail" with all the unnecessary rules and diet plans. More importantly, you can receive life-long happiness connecting with food and your body, you can nourish yourself physically and emotionally.
